Do you serve breakfast?
We do serve breakfast at an additional charge or you can order from our room service menu by cafe bali.
What can I get for an extra charge?
We do have services which require payment to the supplier of the service. E.g. roomservice, massages, scooter rental, car (&driver) rental, babysitting. Just ask head of staff in the house to organise.
To avoid confusion, please do not hand over any payment to the staff members in the house. Our office staff will come to collect your payment if there is any balance to pay. You can pay in any currency US$, EURO, AU$, or Rupiah on the local daily rate. You can also settle the payment by card once you arrive at our house.
Cancelation Policy and Refund
We are a small business, so cancellations can have a big impact on us, especially if we have turned away potential guests in favour of someone who has already booked and who then cancels. We do, however, appreciate that unforeseen circumstances can intervene, and we try to be as sympathetic and helpful as possible in such cases. In the event of a cancellation up to 30 days prior to the scheduled date of arrival 50% charge will be made. If you cancel your reservation within 30 days of the scheduled date of arrival a cancellation charge equivalent to the full invoice will be made. Guests failing to arrive, without notification, may be responsible to a charge equivalent to the total reservation price.
