How can I find the house?
You are picked up at the airport by our driver. our lovely staff is at the house to welcome you.
Do you serve breakfast?
We do serve a complementary breakfast on the first day you arrive to get you started.
What can I get for an extra charge?
We do have services which require payment to the supplier of the service. E.g. roomservice, massages, scooter rental, car (&driver) rental, babysitting. Just ask head of staff in the house to organise.
Payments
To avoid confusion, please do not handover anythe payment to the staff members in the house. Our office staff will come to collect your payment from if there is any balance to pay. You can pay in any currency US$, EURO, AU$ or Rupiah on the local daily rate. We do not have creditcard facilities.
Cancelation Policy and Refund
We are a small business, so cancellations can have a big impact on us, especially if we have turned away potential guests in favour of someone who has already booked and who then cancels. We do, however, appreciate that unforeseen circumstances can intervene, and we try to be as sympathetic and helpful as possible in such cases. In the event of a cancellation up to 30 days prior to the scheduled date of arrival 50% charge will be made. If you cancel your reservation within 30 days of the scheduled date of arrival a cancellation charge equivalent to the full invoice will be made. Guests failing to arrive, without notification, may be responsible to a charge equivalent to the total reservation price.
